I'm so sorry to hear this, Hope was a great lady and I very much enjoyed spending time with her at camp.

I'll miss her very much, this is unbelievable.

I'm sorry to hear this. I didn't know her as well as many of you. I just knew her from her post on here & I will miss her picture threads. I can still see many of her photos from the Presidential Inauguration & how happy she looked. That's what made them stand out in my mind. I'm glad she got that experience.

Sorry for her family & those of you on here that knew her personally.

I've only met Hope a couple times, but she's absolutely as sweet and awesome as she acts on BBI.

This is just awful, awful news for BBI and the Giants as she was the epitome of the kind of fan any team would love to call their own.

Mercy on her soul and thanks to her family for bringing her into this world and letting us all be graced by her presence.

Hope sent me to the corner more than anyone else here, and I deserved it each and every time.

Took the time to meet me in DC for lunch when I was new to BBI although we'd never met; would ask in subsequent e-mails about my kids frequently. A classy woman with a heart of gold. She will be missed. RIP, Hope.

Her last memory of her beloved Giants was a 74 yard reception by brandon jacobs to help the Giants to victory.

I talked to her four days ago. When she heard I couldn't swing going to the Cowboys game, she went out of her way to contact me and offer me a ticket. She would not take a dime for it. Would not even let me pay her back for it at camp next year.

I don't know how I'm going to explain this to my son Jack, who she doted on and helped to meet Jay Alford at camp. He is going to be crushed.

She's the best BBI has to offer, the conscience of the place.

I am so hurt right now by this that I can't even put it into words.

when I saw the title to this thread. I only met her once, but as others have noted, she was the nicest person anyone could ever hope to meet. Rest in peace. God bless her and her family.

I think the MVP trophy should be in her memory, after all she was the MVP of BBI

This is horrible news. Very few people as kind, caring and sincere as Hope was. Very saddened to hear this news.

We know you our resting somewhere happily hope but we will all miss you dearly.

Even though I didn't know her, I still feel at a loss. May God Bless her family during this time.

...might I suggest naming the BBI player of the year award after her. Maybe that will change its luck. We really need to do something to honor her memory. She was special.

Going back to read the whole thread. I am STUNNED. BBI has lost a precious, core member of our family...a Giant among Giants fans.

We're not the only community that will be utterly devastated by the loss of this TRULY GREAT WOMAN!
