that is a pretty tough schedule. Could change though as the season moves on. Never know with injuries and the like. But right now, that is a challenging schdule. Look forward to it.
in terms of baseball/college football with a NFL road game this year.
Looking at Houston, UT isn't far but they are on bye week that week. If you go all the way up to Dallas, you could watching Texas A&M vs Arkansas but that is quite a haul plus that game doesnt excite me much anyway.
In week 2 at Indy, Notre Dame is on the road at Michigan St which is too far obviously and the Cubs are also on the road that weekend. Any other local sports teams?
short weeks which is nice for the players and coaches to get in a routine and no ridiculous London trips.
You guys looking for playoff baseball/football action can always take in a Mets playoff game on saturday and then the Giants Bears or Detroit on Sunday depending on if you want to see the Mets in the NLDS or NLCS (maybe WS by DET)

But I really wanted to open the stadium against Dallas. I'm very disappointed.

Was going to go down and see my step-brother who lives in Houston and hopefully catch an Astros game the day before the Giants game
