be the worst possible play call only thing worse would be a sweep with Jacobs there. I thought maybe put Bradshaw in bc he was quicker to punch it in in case they knew Jacobs would be getting it and stop him like always. But nope Killdrive draw.
should be doing nothing today but running the ball in the red zone. With the lack of personnel its ridiculous to chance playing from behind. After what that could have been I will gladly take the 3.
with Gilbride right there. You go into shotgun and bring in Bradshaw, so teams blitz towards Bradshaw because he either is getting the handoff and the stuff him or he has to block which he is not that great at..
If they stayed with Jacobs in the backfield they at least create hesitation in the defense about blitzing there knowing jacobs can hold his own in a straight blitz blocking assingment.
is standard protocol for the giants. It is like clockwork. If you've been watching them the last 5 years and they get into shotgun there, I'd say there is a 75% chance thats the play they're going with. And they did.
it was funny. In the Fox pregame show, they asked if MJD and Mike Sims Walker were in and Shefter said, In, In, In, In, In and In. At least I thought it was funny.
As others have said. I don't make a habit of stating that I know more than the professionals....but that draw was obvious from a mile away. I called it out loud before the snap.
Very safe conservative call. With a team that's had the turnover issues we've had...maybe not a terrible decision. But there's really no arguing that it was a relatively easy one to diagnose.
Do we ever do play action?

Maybe you can play Madden with Eggs.
