i skipped today. I've mentioned many bad stories in the past, but no need to rehash. It's very ugly in the stands especially where my family has tickets. I much prefer going to college games and watch pro on tv. Way different atmosphere.

There's a lone fan at the place I go to for games. Giants fans have our own room there and of course he came in to watch the game with us. He seems to be a decent guy, really, but got blotto and was pretty obnoxious.

When it was getting to the end, I was going to offer my hand and buy him a beer, but he was such a douche. When I walked over, he took off his Jackson jersey to show the T he had underneath that said "Fuck you all, you fucks."

No beer for him, lol.

So, the have a live mic in the room and I got on and sang "Nah, nah, nah, hey hey hey...goodbye!"

said it was really out of hand. I think the Eagles fan thing gets a bit overblown here at times, similar shit happens at lots of stadiums that doesnt get as much air play (murders at Dodgers stadium, anyone?) but it sounds like today was pretty bad.

but it gets bad at eagles stadium. We've had tix since the 80s in the 700 level and now the 300 level in the north endzone. I've been there for some crazy shit so it's not overblown imo. However I do think it's likely common at most pro games. It's why I prefer going to college games. Much friendlier environment.

that got out of control was the Snow Bowl against San Diego. We have drunken assholes, but it doesn't seem as though people go to the game for the express intention of throwing punches.

and was taking a leak at halftime and there was this maybe 35 to 40 year old talking out loud how there is a 6 year old giants fan that sits in front of him and if he cheers for his team anymore he has no problem spilling his beer on him! I was surrounded by drunken idiots and wanted to go at this guy but I didn't. All I can say was Real Classy.
