McQueary did not stop the act that he saw. If the Board of Trustees and the Grand Jury think so highly of him by not firing him immediately and initially allowed him to coach the game, then I'm holding it in my heart that he did stop the act from continuing. This however is not enough to keep him without blame for allowing the issue to be swept under the rug.

IIRC int he Grand Jury report, it says that he just turned around and left when he saw what he saw and doesn't say anything about him stopping it.

If he had stopped it, it would have been in the report.
