BS, Osi is better for us this year than draft picks. No guarantees that a second or third round pick produces for us. Our second round pick last year has done nothing so far and yet you think we get to replace Osi with that.
At least make up a rumor

to trade him to a 4 - 3 team.
I can easily see 3-4 teams wanting Osi as an edge rusher in the Suggs/Von Miller role. It emphasizes his biggest asset (speed) and would help hide his deficiency against the run.
the Browns know they suck and are in the rebuilding phase. This would be an awesome deal though, because those will likely be two early 2nd and 3rd rounders.
But I'm not even going to entertain this idea until we have more evidence that it could be true.
Nice to see SCOOP back or atleast the fake handle. Nothing beats a quality asshat thread.
Where's madtr1 at? I have no problem kissing the ring if you come back and give us info. Madtr1 was as accurate an asshat as I've seen on this site.
believes that they can win now. Why else would a team draft a 28 year old QB in the 1st round? Their defense is very solid but it is missing a pass rushing DE. I am not saying this rumor is true because it definitely is not but Cleveland trading for Osi is not as ridiculous and some make it out to be.
"One man's meat is another man's poison", applies here....
If Osi is used as a pass rushing specialist, where he doesn't even have to "think" run, it would extend his career, keep him fresh, and would allow him to accumulate sacks and fumbles......plus Osi causes a lot of "hurries" from qb's, even if he doesn't get the sack.....
To another team, that needs this kind of guy, they would be willing to fork over a high draft choice.....the problem is, Osi comes with baggage.....he wants an extension......so before any kind of a trade is made, it makes sense for a team that is interested in Osi, to not only offer the pick or picks to the Giants, AND also make an offer to Osi that he will accept, so that he is not one and done with that team.....
As for taking a second and third, that would leave us thin at DE, with Tolly gone and Osi.....I have my suspicions the Giants do not want Kiwi playing fulltime DE, because of his potential neck problems.....Tuck, let's face it, has been injury prone the last three seasons....can we expect a full season from him?
This defense is based on pressure from the DL....when we didn't have it our LB'as and DB's were exposed....So Reese has a conundrum here....does he trade Osi for pick(s), who can't help him this season(and for however it takes for them to develope and be starters)and weaken his defensive line rotation.....or does he keep Osi, because everything is in place for this team to repeat as champs?
a desperate agent trying to stir up some interest in a trade. Can't move Osi? Go to the fan base and get them going. I can't think of any other reason for this thread - and the Boylhart thread yesterday. Or the Miami thread yesterday.
He may have had something right, though you know what they say about broken clocks.

Terrell Suggs played nearly every snap last year for the Ravens, and when he wasn't injured Von Miller didn't leave the field for Denver.
Go ahead and try that with Osi.
