be a different article linked some where. This one doesn't predict success, failure,or record. Talks about arm strength and accuracy. Something we all knew about before he was drafted.
was that one man does not make a team. That's also why I posted the article about the Redskins offensive line, who you haven't heard a peep about this year, because they suck.
I like him. He seems like a smart kid and a helluva athlete.
BUT, that franchise has been terrible for over a decade. It starts up top. Bruce Allen is no great franchise builder either. Shanahan is an average coach. They dug a huge hole for themselves over the past decade with all of their sh-tty signings.
And what's really going to sting them, is that lost 18 million this year in dead money, 18 million next year, and they don't have a first round pick until 2015.
That's typical Redskins. Until that BS stops, I'm not impressed. They suck.
The Giants are the best, most talented team in the division.
a great athlete.
But, you just never know how things will turn out with a young QB.
For those of you too young to remember, check out the linked video of one of the best arms I've ever seen.
He put Terry Bradshaw on the bench for a while and by rights should have stayed the starter in Pittsburgh.
... he was kicked out and replaced by Snyder schill Larry Michaels (I think... but I've been gone from DC almost 7 years and I could be wrong on the guy's name or if he's still even there).
Let's just hope that, by the time RGIII gets through the growing pains, the owner will have the team shackled to a few more big stupid contracts again.
Word. Just remember though, the Giants aren't winning Super Bowls now just because they got Eli. It started there, but they had to make a whole lot more smart personnel decisions and manage the salary cap, none of which Skins ownership has shown a capacity to do...
I believe that our own success is due in part to the general quality of the division. By the time we make the playoffs we've usually already played huge games.
Greatness isn't acheived by ducking anybody.
going to have to rename him after he plays the Giants
However, I expect RGIII to have a considerably better career than Awasom.

They have the best coach, the best QB, the best pass rusher(s), and the best depth across the board.
We are talented everywhere.

I remember him well. He could throw a football through a sheet of plywood.

seriously losing to the Skins twice is the one minor blemish on last season
