Hakeem Nicks video from Giants.com...

M.S. : 7/29/2012 4:12 pm
...just wanna say one thing about one of my favorites players...

...he's got that foot problem... he can't exercise like he normally would...

...and you can see it in his face that he's probably gained some pounds that he probably won't want to carry when the regular season gets underway.

And speaking about extra pounds...

...mercy... what is JPP up to?

Wow... he looks like he can swallow a stadium.
Hakeem Nicks - ( New Window )
players always come in to camp overweight..
Danthebigbluefan : 7/29/2012 4:23 pm : link
because of the strain of training camp on their bodies and how much weight they lose in the month leading up to the season.

I wouldn't worry about his weight.
He's the Champ

and we da Champs! Love Hakeem man I really hope they sign him on a long term deal
I don't think he looked that bad.

He hasn't really been able to train so naturally, he's going to gain some weight. I'm not going to get worried about it though. Remember all the fuss about how he looked at his pro day? How'd that work out?
Please stop

With the over weight crap. JPP got bigger in his chest and it's all muscle.

Nicks is not fat either or is he getting fat I'm sure he's dieting right and he is walking all around the field and was doing work with the PUPs from I saw
JPP doesnt seem to be all that big to me

JPP looked like he was ready to deliver twins.
idk
Neverend : 7/29/2012 5:26 pm : link
he looks fine to me, except he does pack a pretty large rack. but above his waist on he looks pretty good for a (supposedly) 290-pounder

then again, im not expert on this stuff
...

No need to rush Hakeem back. Let him take his time, just as long as he's out there 9/5.
If JPP tries those back flips now...
M.S. : 7/29/2012 6:09 pm : link
...downtown Albany will shake, rattle, and roll.

My goodness!
Interesting you say he might not be able
Neverend : 7/29/2012 9:32 pm : link
to have the ability to do those backflips he once did

obviously backlips is a measure of flexibility, does that mean he lost some his flexibility as well? I hope that's not the case because that hurts you pass rushing-wise. Playing at a heavier weight also impacts your quickness for some guys
