we lost handily to the Panthers, whose record was 2-14 from the year before. Man was I pissed....
but I always try to keep in mind that the 2008 Lions, who went 0-16... were 4-0 in the preseason.
Lots of criticism of Eli and doubts about our receivers, Cruz included.
Cruz was "on the bubble" the past two camps, no matter what anyone on here tells you. So yeah there were doubts.
It's fun to see some of the young guys develop and hopefully keep the starters healthy while getting them in game shape.
After that I don't care one bit what happens in the preseason.
