Hopefully someone can act as his proxy for this year's draft. He is going to be missed.

Looking back at my draft...pretty damn happy with it. Cordy Glenn was great as a rookie. Boykin played well as a nickel and may become a starter this year. Turbin was a valuable No. 2 for Lynch. Bears are high on McClellin, they're just not quite sure where to put him.

That looks like a really solid draft after Year 1. I'm interested to see how the Bears plan to use McClellin this season, as it sounds like they're interested in playing him at OLB in regular-down situations just to get him on the field with more regularity.

I really liked my draft for Houston last year. I've now hit home runs in the first round in three of the last four years, as Kuechly was named the NFL's Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2012.

I was thrilled to land Bruce Irvin and T.Y. Hilton in the 3rd round, and they went on to have very impressive rookie seasons.

Hosley experienced some growing pains as a rookie and dealt with a hamstring issue early in the season, but he has the physical tools to develop into a productive slot corner and possibly a viable punt returner.

Vernon showed some flashes, especially on special teams, and he'll have a chance to earn significant playing time in passing situations opposite Cameron Wake in Miami.
