BigBlueInteractive.com will be hosting a live chat session with former Giants' Punter Jeff Feagles on Friday, July 12 . The live chat session will appear via Google Hangout on the BBI front page.
In advance of the chat session, we would like to invite our readers to submit questions for the chat session. The moderators of the site will select the 10 best questions to ask Jeff.
Please post your question on this thread.
2. Who was the best coach you played under and why? If it was Coughlin, what made him standout?
3. What is your opinion on Matt Dodge and Steve Weatherford?
2)What organization did you play for that you felt like had the most class? What was it like coming from a franchise like Seattle with not a very long history, to the Giants?
2) Which is more satisfying, getting off a nice punt from your own end zone, or nailing one on the opponents one yard line?
My alternative question would be what was the highest pressure punt Feagles ever had to attempt?
After working with Bryan Anger of the Jaguars briefly last summer, have you done any other "freelance punting consulting"? Have you caught the coaching bug?
Did you have to stockpile?
Or are they custom made? How does that work?
On one of your second half punts, you were leveled by a wicked hard hit, and were down on the turf for some time. Flags flew. It seemed like a turning point to me in that game as Buffalo had brought the nasty to our senior player.
From that moment onward, IMO, your team mates ratcheted up their hitting, and pounded the Buffalo team. A tit for a tat. Youre gonna hit our senior punter? We can bring it too. The intensity level scaled up dramatically, you could hear the pads popping way up in the stands.
Is this accurate? Any comment on that play and its effect on the game? Thanks!
I know holding is important, so How much credit do you give yourself for made or missed field goals?
Why do you believe directional punting has become a lost art?
Would you have punted it to Desean Jackson in 2010? ::ducks::
When practicing with another punter, have you ever tried to field the punts?
2. Does it bother you that one of the longest recorded punts was kicked by a QB, Randall Cunningham?
3. Just a note- Giants fans certainly endeared themselves to you over time, but it was tough for me at first, having grown up seeing your name on Tecmo Bowl rhyming with your then team moniker (which I won't name here). Thanks for all you did for the NYG's!
If you were to start all over again as a punter what things would you have done differently ? Any regrets ?
Besides the Giants what modern team these days would have liked to play for if you were a rookie ?
I heard you traded your number to Eli for a family vacation, to want extremes have others traded numbers ? Curious how did Eli approach you over the Jersey ?
Chat is going to be at 10:30 AM for those who want to watch live.
who was the funniest guy you played with on the giants?
Can Huskies fans expect to see you at games?
