The Giants running game has been struggling for years because of HOW we run the ball. It is based on run and shoot principles and is more scheme than physicality. That is why we struggle running short yardage.

The Giants have got to get better with running their plays smoothly and more in a fluid game plan style. This confusion, penalty, lost looking offense is getting really annoying.

commanding 2x blocking most plays but Patterson isn't taking advantage of it at all so far. Maybe Rogers/Jenkins too.

Dallas LBs are much too fast for our OL. We should have been throwing our own slants and flanker screens from the beginning. And maybe a reverse. Their speed at blitzing and filling gaps is covering for whatever deficiencies exist on their DL.
