I can't imagine how difficult it must be for Coach Coughlin this week. Trying to prepare for the game while dealing with all the emotions he must be feeling.
was a good guy. They called him Sliver back when he still lived around Waterloo. I met him 40 years ago at the old Seneca County fairgrounds stables where he was learning the horse trainer trade. He loved those trotters and pacers and spent all of his time down at the stables.
