hows this week's preview coming along? Will we see it today?
Slow Friday at work it'd be nice to have it to speed up my afternoon. I wouldn't blame you for not writing one with the way the the team has played. I'm sure they are not as fun to write as they usually are.
Our O-line can't block for shit so our offense wont score and KC does not turn the ball over so our defense won't either. You might as well go play golf or take the family out to dinner
the Giants defense is going to play well this week.
With that, it will be up to the Giants offense to not make mistakes and give the Chiefs easy scores/short fields. Play smart...take what the defense gives you.
don't golf, and don't have a family so I will be watching, but I understand your sentiment.
What does it say about the state of this team when the entire season may depend on James Brewer and Brandon Mosley? The former has hardly played by his third year, and the latter is a redshirt rookie.
If Cruz was the answer in 2011, why did they sign Stokely and start him ahead of Cruz??? Truth is Brewer was decent against Dallas, and Mosely looked fine playing with the ones in pre-season. TC loves his vets, expect to see Diehl if he's ready.

#NYG very animated early in today's practice during media access. Lots of chatter ... what does it mean? Well, nothing. Just observing.

Coughlin won't reveal his starting O-line. Says you'll have to see.

Diehl is doubtful. As reported by @giantswfan earlier today, Diehl still needs to test the strength in right hand b4 he can return.
Now that Baas, Snee and Diehl are out of the picture would you go..

I have been lobbying for the latter all week long. My fear was Diehl going back in at guard, now my fear is Cordle. As I've said before, Beatty-Brewer-Boothe held up for the most part in Dallas. Can Mosely give more than Snee on 2 bad hips? I hope/think so.

And if you're into music, Giants weight room isn't blasting the normal Rocky soundtrack on this Friday. Flo Rida blasting instead.
use a lot of 3 wr sets...with Manning in the shot gun and running a little more fast paced offense...get that defensive line tired and running around chasing after quicker guys..
Get wilson on the edge and throw quick outs to Nicks and Randle to get them in the open field...
Make KC's LBs chase Cruz around in the middle of the field..
Hell, I find it hard to get worse than we were in the past games
passes how is eli getting killed? it actually helps Eli not get killed if he is in teh shot gun and getting the ball out quickly...it takes their defensive line out of the game
Guys, Manning might get hit coming out of the huddle...
Usually, the Giants treat medical clearance as binary: If a player is cleared, he plays. If not, he's inactive. There's normally no such thing as, "He'll only play in an emergency." So I think Eric is right: somebody will be moving up from the practice squad.
Why would anyone play Boothe at guard? He can't pull anymore, if he ever could, and center hides that weakness. But that would require Coughlin to play Brewer and Mosley at the same time, which he apparently won't do. The only other option would be to play Cordle at one of the guard positions.
Whatever the lineup, play Donnell, not Myers. We need a TE who can block to compensate for the OL more than a receiving TE.
What's really bad is that most of our passes are designed to go downfield. My understanding is that the Giants have been at or near the top of the league the last few years in passes completed and attempted over twenty yards. Our horrendous OL makes that impossible, and therefore neuters one of our most effective offensive weapons.

At this point, I want some competitive football.

Didn't see Snee or Baas at early portion of practice open to media. Webster and Robinson were on the bikes at start.

Jacquian Williams + Cooper Taylor questionable, Spencer Paysinger + Justin Trattou probable for Sunday #nyg
I know Cordle isn't a good player but there have been times he's gone in and held up pretty well. It hasn't been all bad.

think mosely has to be active in this case
I don't like Cordle at all so I'd go with your proposal.
I'm fearful of his inexperience, yet Cordle scares me at center for obvious reasons......
gut check time, fellas....

Try running it......and don't give up on it. Quick throws...pick your spots for deeper patterns.
Giants need to be smart about this offensively on Sunday.
I think there is at least potential with Brewer and Mosely out there.

Make KC's LBs chase Cruz around in the middle of the field..

Having said this, as in every Giants game I've ever watched, I fully expect them to play well and win.
I honestly believe the line surprises us(in a good way)and Wilson has a solid game.
