"Reynolds, 6-4 and 320 pounds, originally joined the Eagles as a rookie free agent on May 1, 2009. He spent the majority of the 2009 season (when he as on the active roster for the season’s final game, but did not play) and the entire 2010 and 2011 seasons on Philadelphia’s practice squad before making the 53-man roster last year. He played in all 16 games in 2012 and when Jason Kelce suffered two torn knee ligaments in Week 2, Reynolds stepped in as the starting center.
Reynolds earned first-team All-Mountain West honors in 2008 at BYU, where he started 51 career games. He played center as a senior and left tackle as a junior."
"The Giants also made a move on their practice squad, signing wide receiver Marcus Harris and terminating the contract of offensive lineman Steven Baker – a reversal of transactions made a week ago today."
Had a fumble last game and a huger dropped screen that would have been a huge play. Not to mention the screen he botched in the first game that essentially ended any chance of a comeback.
Scott has seen a healthy workload, much to my complaining over the past two weeks (50 snaps for DS vs 55 for DW). I'm all for this being the time for Wilson to sink or swim with a full workload.
I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but could this be a nudge from Reese/management to play Wilson?
So for everyone saying the Giants were being unfair to Wilson compared to the pass Scott seemed to be getting from the coaching staff... well, so much for that :)
due mostly to a lack of carries... we haven't really been able to see anything good or bad from him. Now we can finally see what (if anything) he's got left.
Was hoping to see if we could end the season with more INT's on screen passes than first downs and Scott's ability to bat the ball up in the air on those was crucial.
feel like the moves that they're making are happening completely at random.
If you're going to waive Scott, why the hell are you giving him touches at Wilson's expense? All they did was stunt Wilson's development. Nothing that they're doing is making sense.
On to the next one..

I like it. More Cox.
Hopefully Conner is ready to play soon.
perhaps Cox is further along now.. and in addition the team is waiting on Brown to return..
most likely gonna be the Wilson show now.. with Jacobs taking some snaps..

so many snaps at Wilson's expense the last 3 games..
At the least, he's good on kickoffs and that matters a little.

Jacobs has shown nothing (not unsurprisingly imho) and it's most un-Giant like to depend on a rookie.
Coaches and Reese made a clear mistake with Scott making this roster. I was fairly surprised Torain didn't get kept before Scott anyway.
