so with everyone calling for a new coach, who do you pick?

im not saying wether this coaching staff should stay or go, but in all honesty if we had to replaced TC, who in reality would you choose? this is just message board fun so no flaming... me, I would give Jon Gruden a chance to work with ELI.... and get him a good DC.. and see what he can do...

Matt, Cowher is a 3-4 coach

and we don't have any 3-4 personnel in the front 7, with the exception of Hankins at DT and Moore who can play 3-4 OLB.

would be a nice improvement. Fartwell has to go no matter what

fartwell has to go if nothing else gets done at all
