But only if it was a slight jump up. The giants never trade up in round 1 so this is almost guaranteed not happening.
That's true. The thing that got me thinking about this was that expectations seem all over the place. So maybe someone very good could fall. Our 2nd round pick might get us up to five or 6. Our third round pick could get us to 8.
not with the talent in the 3rd and 4th round this year.....
For me, the answer is there isn't a single player in this draft that I would want to spend the assets for to move up into the overall first position.
Move up to #11? Well, that's an entire different story. From what I hear, Watkins and Clowney are franchise players. If they are sitting there at #11, how do you not try? On the other hand, if there are sitting there at #11, why would the Titans trade it?
Only Matthews, Watkins, Robinson, or Mack if they fall that far. 50/50 on Mack since he doesn't really fit the Giants scheme even though he looks like a stud. Matthews and Watkins would be a resounding yes.
A better question to me is if Dallas is trying to trade up to 10
to get in front of the Giants to take your guy (whoever your guy is) what you be willing to give up to get to 10 and get your guy? For me if Dallas is offering a 3 to move up and take Donald, I offer a 4 and pick 12 as a counter. Don't know the points but the GM can than try to sell pick 12 to Dallas or another team.
The ONLY player in this draft I would even remotely consider doing it for would be Watkins.
Imo he is worth trading a 1st and 2nd to move up

What's wrong with Ebron? Can't everyone use a TE that can't block, is full of himself and has a serious case of dropsies?
I'm giving up -0- in this draft.
