Have you picked a hotel yet? If so Seven Stars is a fantastic resort.
Things to do - not a ton on the island, except for doing a snorkel/diving trip. There is a company called Island Adventures (ask your hotel) who picks you up, takes you to their boat, booze cruise, snorkeling, and then dinner on Iguana Island.
Restaurants:
Bella Luna: really really good Italian food
Coco bistro: Asian/carribean fusion, more high-end / expensive (need to book this way in advance)
Lemon Cafe: Mediterranean food w a live entertainment
"Somewhere": great for lunch- on the beach at the coral bay hotel
Thai Orchid: casual Thai place that's also good for takeout
Garam Masala: casual/take out Indian food right next to Thai Orchid
T&C is great...perfect weather, warm water, quiet, and great hotels.
We stayed at the Royal West Indies which was a small, very quiet and laid back place. The dinner at the restaurant there was surprisingly good (better than one of the more highly rated restaurants that we ate at).
Regarding things to do, the island is pretty small and dead. The beach is very nice, we snorkeled at Smiths Cove (I think), did a catamaran which took us snorkeling, drinking, etc. which was nice. We also did a tour of a conch farm which was quick and somewhat interesting.
T&C was very relaxing but doesn't have many sites to see.
Are going to Beaches , everything is included . Only thing we did extra was the parasailing and the banana boat ride and they also do that on the resort beach. One of the reasturants require a button down but all the other places don't . The sushi bar and Japanese reasturant were great. The Italian village had the nicer pool but all in walking distance.
Been there a bunch of times. Twice last year and going back in November. Favorite restaurant right now is Le Petit Chateau in French Village but Bayside restaurant in the new Key West Village section is a great place for breakfast because it sits right on Grace Bay...awesome spot to start the morning.
Also - if you snorkel - make sure you check out some gear from the dive shack, head to the water and turn left - go down the beach about 300 yards to the reef in front of Coral Gardens. From the shore, you can wade right in and see some of the most amazing sea life and some StingRays once in a while. JoJo the Dolphin, also frequents that area of the Bay too. He's legendary down there.
But if you head down early in the morning....say - 9am, you might see one of the large Sea Turtles swimming through.
They are very curious and will swim right up to you at times! I have spent countless hours on that reef system - love it there!
And go see my buddie - Andrew Rodney at the Italian Village swim up pool bar! He's a great guy and makes the best drinks.
I have a ton of info on the resort if you need it - just ask!

We stayed at Regent Palms and loved it.
I second "Coco Bistro" - was phenominal. We tried to go a 2nd time, but was sold out.
