NFT: To the cheap, lying, no-good, rotten, four-flushing

Modus Operandi : 4/17/2014 11:56 pm
low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood-sucking, dog-kissing, brainless, dickless, heartless, fat-assed, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed sack of monkey shit responsible for making the Belt Pkwy an even bigger nightmare at 11:15p-fucking-m than it usually is: go fuck yourself.

One hour to cross from one end of the VZ bridge to merge ramp to find out that the DOT has shut down two of the three lanes. To work on potholes. Or line-dancing. Who the fuck can tell - they're all just standing the fuck around watching the cars stare at them in futily. Another dickwad is standing there holding a hexagonal "slow" sign. I shit you not.

That's three nights this week. It's unconscionable that persons this inept be permitted to live one more day.

Sounds like Chris

Took my daughter to the aquarium and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get over the BF bridge and on to 76W at 1:30PM

Not only were they filling pot holes but right at the mouth of the single lane that all the traffic on the Vine St Expwy has to merge into before spilling out onto 76. So not only do you have to go through one of the most asinine and misplaced lane funnels in the entire country, but you've got to jump across 2 lanes of merging traffic from another road to get around the trucks.

Sucks huge saggy balls but it has to happen. I said all winter that the snow wasn't the worst of it - having 1/2 the roads on the east cost partially shut down all spring while they fix all the pot holes would be. The most painful part is watching these dipshits at PennDot (and the broke municipalities on the back roads) shovel tar and cinder into pot holes that are so deep they're dirt and mud on the bottom. As if it will bond and last beyond the next heavy rainfall (oh wait - that just happened 2 days ago and most of the fill washed out...). They'll have to do them over and over.....
Eh, they have to do the repair work sometime

The Belt was starting to look like the surface of the moon with all those craters. Can't do it during the day, since the thing's basically a parking lot without any lane closures.

Just thank Robert Moses for his brilliant idea to make a series of scenic drives rather than push inward where he could have bought more land for the same price and added lanes that are sorely needed now.
i thought you were talking about Hilary

and I have to drive 20 minutes before I even see a traffic light. Wake up, look out my window and there is a pristine lake waiting for me. Ah retirement.

Wasn't Staten Island the only borough that went for Llohta over DeBlasio?
That's a reach
jcn56 : 4/18/2014 10:41 am : link
The traffic was due to construction in Brooklyn, where DiBlasio had plenty of votes (something he probably forgot when he neglected plowing half of it during the snowstorms).

The issue was on the Fuggetabouttit side. They shut down 2/3 of the Belt Pkwy so that the DOT guys could peacefully sleep in their vehicles.
Next time, say my name, MO.

Call out a fellow blueshirt fan after a big win. Thats what off days are for.

In this particular instance, I was referring to another dickless, heartless, hopeless asshole.

Haha, good point.

I don't drive (mass transit FTW), but you have my sympathies.

Oh it's clearly a reach. I'm just having a little fun. If there's an outrage in the situation, it's the one expressed in MO's 10:41. The pot holes have to be fixed, but it sounds like they could be fixed a whole lot faster.
