and think he will be a great one if he can get his head on straight, but i think UK is going a bit overboard here. Holy crap, Canton? Seriously? Come on man, let's slow down just a little, huh?
I wouldn't have no qualms about it. If Lawerence Taylor was in this draft, there would be no question. This guy is the closest prospect I've seen who jumps off the screen and can have a Taylor impact on this team. Instant pro bowler, would be top DE in NFC East day one. Combined with JPP and new secondary and you are talking playoffs. Put Eli in playoffs, it's curtains. To me, it's a transformative move worth the risks.
Really? The guy hasn't played a down in the NFL and you want to put him in the same sentence as the best defensive player of all time. He doesn't have half the heart LT had for the game. This time of year always brings out the crazies.

Get his head on straight and this guy will be going to Canton five years after he retires.
This is what he said, and I don't think there's anything wrong with it. He's possibly the most physically talented defensive prospect ever.
you say we need a speed rusher, ok, but agreed not a little one, not a tweener.
clearly, you would agree, if there is no true speed rusher, any very good, larger type DE with potential could be considered a 'need' pick.
