with trading Davis, but I didn't really see what rush to annoint Duda with the job. Why not hold on a little longer and see if Davis looked to have it together? I understand having 2 lefty 1B who need ABs is not ideal, but sometimes you have to wait until you have more information before pulling the trigger on a move.
I'll be able to deal with it if Ike Davis has a good year for Pitt. I won't be able to deal with this if Duda ends up being a complete bust. Our scouts took a look at both guys and made their mind up. They at least need Duda to play like a legit MLB 1B starter for me not to lose a lot of faith in our front-office.
