Not necessarily true. Flex scheduling starting in week 5 includes games being able to move from 1 to 4 in addition to the SNF change. Notice that the only games scheduled at 4 after week 4 are ones that have to be b/c they are on the west coast... and the Jets/Giants are playing at the same time in several weeks, which we know won't happen.
Last week of the season I think the Giants and Jets both had 1pm games.
But your comment still may be their overall preference.
They rarely are ever on at the same time, last week of the season last year was a completely insignificant game so I'm sure that had something to do with it
they've played 4 times in the last 5 years at the same time
twice in 2009 - once by the teams' request due to Yom Kippur and once due to the Giants being in Philly on the same day as the World Series.
the other 2 times were the final games of the past two seasons - seems like the league prefers to have meaningful games on at 4 everywhere + have teams competing for the same spot play at the same time where possible, so with the Giants out of it both years the league didn't care about their "preference" here.
SNF is colts/broncos
sf/dal is lead dh game
There you have it in a nutshell!

if we are at least 500 the game vs san Francisco will move to 425 as lead dh game in week 11

Why can't the Giants and Jets play at the same time?
If you are suggesting both teams being at home on the same week, then you are wrong. The schedule doesn't have such a conflict.
