If either team needs a win to take the division, then the prediction is correct.

Note that the prediction is not that the winner of this game wins the division, just that this game determines the division winner. That can happen a lot of ways.

Unless you're thinking the winner will be crowned not only NFCE division champions, but that they will somehow also win the AFC East.

That would be a hell of an accomplishment.
