What is your bold Giants prediction for this season?

Mike in Long Beach : 6/4/2014 11:25 am
I say we're going to have our first pair of Pro Bowl cornerbacks in the same year that I can personally remember (been a fan since 1993). It may have happened since then but I can't recall a year where it did. I think DRC and Prince go on lock down this season.

What do you have?

is that Eli Manning has the finest season of his career and everyone finally calls him elite after he's one of the top QBs statistically, we already know him to be one of the top QBs, and everyone starts fawning all over him for once. All questions of him being over rated will cease after this season and will no longer persist for the rest of his career.

Eli will have a 4800 yard plus season and 70% completions with 40 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. I'm talking serious elite.

just watch what he does this season. Watch and weep for doubting. Besides, this is a bold prediction thread. Nothing should be questioned Mr. Critic.
My bold predictions

Eli throws for 4000+ yards, 40 TDS and 15 INTs. The Giants finish the season with the No. 1 scoring offense in football. The team gets the No. 1 seed and they win every playoff game in a blowout, scoring more than 30 points in each game. Eli wins Super Bowl MVP for a third time.

While the media talks about if Eli is elite, the public perception will be that Eli sucks and he rode on his defense's coattails all year.

leads NFL in sacks this season and has a pick six too.
My no.1 bold prediction was taken by Josh -
BlueLou : 6/7/2014 10:45 am : link
that David Wilson will lead the team in total yards form scrimmage...

So I'll go with #2: Reuben Randle leads all our WRs in receiving yardage with 1,100 yards as Eli spreads the ball around and 3-4 receivers get over 700 yards each.
With improved STs personnel

We have multiple games with either a KR or PR for a TD.

Vin - Coughlin red-faced?

That's as [b]bold[/] as suggesting the kids will at some point this week yell for daddy to come replace the empty roll of TP while one of them is sitting on the throne.

Because they didn't replace it when they used it up nor check if there was any before dropping trou.
I think this thread is stealing BleacherReport's thunder

but I will play along with a good one and a bad...

GOOD - I boldly predict that JPP has a monster year with 16+ sacks, several forced fumbles and maybe even another pick-6.

BAD - I boldly predict that we have a shit-storm at Left Tackle for a good part of the year. With Beatty still recovering, Giants plug in almost everybody at that spot and they all fail miserably. Maybe this one isn't really that bold...

Eli's struggles not only continue, but worsen

The defense is solid however mistakes from the QB consistently put the defense in bad position. After another miserable start, the transition to Nassib begins with a minor injury to Eli that allows him to step aside somewhat graciously. The offense becomes more conservative which leads to better play and a few late season wins that allows the staff and JR to stay in place. Eli is traded to Tennesse or Miami and plays another 2 years at a solid but unspectacular level.

Nassib is simply average and the Giants return to a decade of Brown/Kanell level of football.

God I hope I'm wrong.
