Looks like might have almost 40 people at camp. I don't think everyone will be staying after practice for drinks/food.
In the past, in Albany, especially when Hope and rnargi were helping to organize things, we often had a pizza party at a local hotel.
That's going to be impossible for me to organize.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what we should do Friday evening for potentially a sizable group of people? I'm not sure how many people plan on staying in the evening.

I stopped by there today for lunch. The three rippers where excellent.
I like the idea of burgers and beer.
My big concern is just having enough room.
The problem is I have no idea how many people are sticking around. It could be 30 people. It could be 10. I have no idea.
If you guys know, post here. No commitment...just would like to have a rough estimate on numbers.

Not ideal, and it may be more chaotic than it should be, but I think we'll make due.
- I post a place to meet at the end of practice.
- We meet at that spot.
- We're escorted by the Giants to where they want the presentation. Anyone not with the group will be out of luck at this point.
- Ceremony.
- Some pictures/autographs if you are interested with Rolle.
- We head outside the fence.
- Some BBI'ers leave as they need to get home.
- The rest, standing around in a group, start discussing, "What next?"
- "Someone said Shannon Rose...what about that?" Murmur...nods of approval...other looks of confusion as others don't know how to get there....
- We form some sort of convoy over there.
- Fun continues.

It was just a thought because the place is huge. there are lots of options.
In the past, we arranged for some sort of all-inclusive affair with discounts for kids, but obviously we can't do that this time.
Just an aside, the corn beef spring rolls might be the best beer munchie ever.

They reserved the "gaelic room", which has 4 high top tables, and a few short tables.
Everything is what they call "cash + carry" meaning each table or group van have their own menu, bar tab, etc. There are specials for happy hour, etc.
I will get the more specific info to Eric, time/manager name etc.
I am coming to the ceremony but not to the get together.
