It is just fucking terrible. Everybody knows Cena is going to win. Every other guy is laying around hurt outside of the ring and Cena is jumping around the ring like he didn't even take part in the match. Just terrible. He is boring as shit in ring and even worse on the mic. No clue how they think he is worthy of winning nearly as many titles as Flair.
Cena is built more like a long reigning champ like a Hogan or Backlund or Sammartino since he is booked like their golden boy BUT the ENTIRE point of Ric Flair and later Triple H winning the title so many times added to their VILLAINOUS nature. I.e. Cheap heat to say I am the best because I am (X) time champion.
Steve Austin @steveaustinBSR 3m
@JohnCena needs to tighten up the STF from what I'm seeing on my twitter feed. C'mon, John...Tighten the sumbitch up...
And this isn't the first time Austin has given him that advice. Cena literally used 4 moves that entire match. It's incredible. He's so inept in the ring that it's scary. And then you have Michael Cole literally giving oral to Cena every chance he gets. It's sickening, but it's truly amazing that someone so boring, unentertaining and inept is on the verge of breaking Flair's streak. What a country we live in.
Let The Miz win the Battle Royal, have Cena win again and nix Ambrose vs Rollins.
In other words, IWC, here's a giant middle finger, courtesy of the McMahons
fairness a neck injury has nothing to do with the size of a wrestler, even Vince has to realize this. Also they seemingly are going to give KENTA a pretty massive push and he's even smaller than Bryan, Seth Rollins isn't much bigger than Bryan either.

I read they are going to tell Kenta to tone down his arscenal because he is very active and fast in the ring...
I hope they dont try to slow down Rollins to much and try to get him to wrestle and bigger wrestlers pace...
believe they told KENTA to tone it down in regard to his stiff working style. He hits/kicks much harder than most WWE guys are accustomed to and it 1. Makes others look bad when they don't return with similar looking offense 2. Can obviously cause injuries. He also "invented" the GTS and apparently won't be allowed to use it.
No Cena tonight, but yes Brock and MAYBE the Rock (hopefully not Dwayn
due to work schedule, variety in body types, and television story telling.
Watching two guys no sell a bunch of shit for 45 minutes to dueling THIS IS AWESOME chants when there's supposed to be a clear heel and some ring psychology is boring.
needs to learn english. I can't say I'm some authority on Japanese wrestling but lets face it, none of the major Japanese guys have ever come over and done well outside of Muta/Liger and even they weren't A1 headliners outside of Muta's program with Sting. I'd stick KENTA with Heyman to begin his WWE run.

That's a problem too.
You hire a guy based on the fact that he's electric in the ring, then ask him to change his style, and when he comes here and isn't instantly a hit with the fans, they'll bury him and not bother writing anything for him.

Funaki translated for him last night.
Tajiri had a decent run
Tajiri was the closest thing to a success, and even then he was never as big as his talent level suggested he should have been. He's excellent in the ring.
a few months with Heyman could help him, or even Flair. Bottom line is you have to be able to cut a promo. Heck, traditionally even the English wrestlers have had trouble making it big over here. The fans don't want to do much work.
find it hard to believe they will use Kevin Steen properly. I'm actually surprised they signed him (and I like him a lot). Surprised they are interested in Willie Mack as well, poor body, crazy moveset, doesn't seem like their usual signings.
They sign prospects and sour on them extremely quickly.
Ziggler got probably the biggest pop of the night, hell every night he gets the biggest pops. WWE needs to give him a big run.
They are afraid to give him big runs because he is so injury prone
This is true.
Because of the two concussions he's had in the last 12 months, the story I read a few months ago is that WWE is worried about him getting another one and thus killing any future push they try to give him.
Not sure what you do about that one. Ziggler is kind of stuck.
her reaction to being arrested is exactly how I'd expect the character she plays to react if she was arrested in real life. Nice combination of whining and threatening.
On the Flo Rida thing, outside of people's entrance music being played live, are musical performances on a wrestling show EVER well received? Yet we get a few of these every year.
At least you Cena haters will probably be rid of him for a few months on TV because I'm sure Lesnar will legitimately hurt him like he does everyone he works with.

but I can't stand him. I'm a network subscriber so I'll obviously watch Summerslam, but in all honesty, I'd rather see Cena-Orton chapter 496 than Brock Lesnar wrestle.
But everyone else seems to like it, so I'll shut up lol.

Better than the no selling bury every opponent John cena
Lesnar actually competing for the title. He better win.
Only to then lose it the next month so on the Night of Champions Cena can parade around with Flair's record.
This feels bigger than the Mania main event which was more storyline than match appeal.
Lesnar is fresh off beating the Undertaker. 20 years ago this is how things would be booked. He wouldn't have had to do much between Mania and Summerslam. I am fine with him being a special attraction but maybe if he wears the belt he has to at least do 1 tv appearance and 1 ppv match per month. Lesnar should be able to swing that.

Anything that is perceived as being a threat to that or hurting that will be tossed aside or removed.

Vince has always liked bigger guys, and Bryan getting hurt probably confirmed his bias.

Look at Cesaro he was working with Cesaro and now Lesnar is returning and all of sudden he is no longer with Cesaro....
Thats the main problem with putting anyone with Heyman

I thought they were headed that way with The Shield and the Wyatts, but they didn't have the manager.
And, no, the Authority doesn't cut it.
Here's hoping that after Summerslam that Cena, Orton, and Kane take a long vacation.
I do think Ziggler is getting a push. Winnign some matches, great showing last night. I think he is MITB favorite next year.
I'm loving Dean Ambrose right now
That was before HHH took over developmental...Vince has nothing to do with it now..its all HHH...
He's one of the ones who insist the women get implants.
Is it just me or does Dean Ambrose remind anyone else of a young Rowdy Roddy Pipper?

Kurt Angle needs to come back even in a non-wrestling role. It's true, it's damn true.
