I don't know about that... just your garden variety abdominal pain will prevent most people from performing well as a football player.

Good catch. Many people have been begging for this for years. We can finally see how Eli does with it as a more regular thing.

Clearly a tough, long 16 game season and the off-season is important to let body heal/rest, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't stay reasonably fit.
