Greg from LI : 7/24/2014 11:50 am : link
Sorry to hear that. At this stage in his career, I'd imagine that's the end for him.
That sucks

LI NHB : 7/24/2014 11:53 am : link
and hate to hear this. Hopefully now he can kick his feet up and watch his Olympic athlete of a wife continue to take home hardware.

I think that was his point.

Arcarsenal was poking fun at the fans who imagine the Giants are uniquely cursed by injuries.

Ross was in a battle for a veteran backup spot - mostly with Dominique Franks. Have to figure he's done. Disappointing career, but what percentage of NFL players earn two rings?

You're better than that, GMAN4LIFE :)

best of luck to him

just glad the giants weren't depending on him this year.

mamu : 7/24/2014 12:09 pm : link
So he failed the test then?

Motley Blue : 7/24/2014 12:11 pm : link
No, he still did enough pull-ups and scored well enough on the sit & reach to pass.
I get where arc was going with it....
jcn56 : 7/24/2014 12:13 pm : link
but the guy is only a few months removed from the Giants, maybe he hadn't shaken the injury karma yet.

of course I'm kidding...
This is what happens...
manh george : 7/24/2014 12:20 pm : link
when you spend a first round draft pick on a 35-year-old.

No one fails anymore. He got an incomplete

bad for him. That's almost certainly the end of his career. He had a good run. Best wishes for a full recovery Aaron.

I guess nobody is interested in Webster or Thomas. It's strange to think that none of these three may ever play in another NFL game. The end of an era, like it was for the OL when Snee retired.

He really was a likable player. I liked his aggressiveness when he was here for a while last year. He's probably done.
tackle on Portis in '07.....
surferdude40 : 7/24/2014 1:24 pm : link
...inside the 5 yard line probably saved the season. We were staring at a very ugly 0-3. For me, his greatest moment as a Giant.
.... but did he

that was a terrific play. i will always remember his gritty play in the cowboys playoff game in 07 when he was basically lame but played through it and made some tough clutch tackles in stopping the high powered cowboys offense.
