How is this my sentiment on Day 3 of Training Camp? Welp, let's crunch some numbers:
58% - Overly-emotional reactionary posters who spew nonsense before hearing the entire story OR even part of the story.
Example: "@RandomGiantsBeat: JPP being tended to on the sideline." The response: "@BBI_Asshole: Oh perfect. Only this team. Well at least we can address DE in the Top 10 next May. Wasted season."
18% - People who post any and all material they can possibly imagine because there are no other listeners willing to hear their nonsense in real life
Example: Thread Title: "My girlfriend said I need to stop using my own tears as lubricant," Subtitle: "What am I doing wrong? HELP"
7% - People who vigorously post without any actual knowledge about football
Example: "@BBI_Turd: Andre Williams is garbage, he had 10 catches his whole career at Boston College."
6% - Attention whores who start new threads on material clearly being discussed in the appropriate threads immediately next to theirs.
Example: Really no need here. See what I did there? Redundancy is for scrubs.
Analysis:
The percentage breakout of each category was based solely on the anger factor that results within me for each of these commonplace BBI behaviors. In general, I'd say it's a fairly knowledgable board, but it get's abused by assholes that treat each and every news story like this is their personal diary to vent. Discussion is healthy and obviously encouraged on a forum, but as soon as you start talking about your relationship with your girlfriend or start getting emotional over someone trolling your opinions…maybe it's time to sit the next few plays out.
Cheers to the 11% that makes it worth reading this every day. Without you, this would be a barren wasteland of dingle-berries.

2. My "problem" with bbi is that the people that annoy me the most, are the ones who post on every single thread and repeat the same things over and over and over. The overreactionary whining, immature babies are the ones that are the loudest and post the most.
There's a lot to like and enjoy about bbi. Once you get through the 90% garbage of people throwing fits and trying to gang up on the opposite opinion, there's a lot to appreciate. I love that I can get breaking news on bbi. Forget that every sports story that I get is broken on bbi and usually before any news sorce that I follow, but even every current events news story. With so many active posters, everything for me is broken on bbi.

This is one of the main reasons I come to BBI. News breaks on this site faster than I can get it anywhere else. Obviously I love the Giants talk but it is about so much more for me than just the Giants.

The Plax thread was in a league of its own. What I found interesting about the Beason thread was the reaction to a 7th round pick. A couple of posters had the loss of this pick up there as equivalent to a top 3 selection.
