"unofficial" starting TE, Larry Donnell, is first TE out in 2-min drill. Beatty LT, Mosley LG. That's 3-straight days for Beatty #Giants
The coaches have been raving about Kennard, and since this thread is about the newly-released "unofficial" depth chart, please note that he's listed as the #1 SAM.
Because every guy only listed once
Hyno - Connor is probably as close to a toss up as any
Robinson as 5th really is a kick in the ass to him - I'm sure on purpose

If correct, that would be fairly major news, by the low standards of Camp Day 3. Or did he mean RG?
Robinson jumps out. Also Hermann as the last center instead of guard
along with Robinson, Herman at C depth is also surprising to me. Don't remember if he did play the position at Ohio or not.
I truly believe Herman's name was just thrown down at the C position for the hell of it. Throughout the first three days of camp, I've never seen him take a rep.
If Adrien Robinsion needs to be prodded to get his ass in gear
it is surprising that Robinson is listed 5th amongst TE but everything Reese has said as well as practice reps seems to indicate otherwise. Too soon to make anything much out of it.
will prove prophetic. I think he's really gonna push for a starting role. I also think Robinson listed last at TE is a motivational tool. But man I hope he responds. Dan Fox listed as a 2nd stringer is a surprise.
Right now. For all intensive purposes they could have just put all the names in a row. From what we have all read they have rotated everyone in and out of the 1s.
Except for the starters it's basically a list of who's playing where. For example they have McBride as the backup to DRC and he's not even really practicing yet. And every TE on the roster has played with the 1s. Nothing to see here.
I realise it is early days, but there are a few surprises
I can understand Adrien Robinson being down the depth chart, what I find surprising is that Xavier Grimble is ahead of both Robinson and Kellen Davis.
The other surprises include being Brewer listed as the third string LT and not 2nd string LG and Eric Herman being listed at center and not either of the guard spots.
Kiwi looks to be the started at DE opposite JPP. Hankins not a starter. We have no SAM.
And my favorite name is: Kyle "the Diabetic" Sebetic.
Only thing that really jumped out at me. Dead last..

is more or less about what was expected months ago. Nothing stunning there.
Because he's better at that than Stevie. Stevie is a center-fielder, not a tackler.
This is what I saw. Patterson to start?
I'd hope it's Williams and not Paysinger. I think Williams has the higher ceiling.

Please note the Giants depth chart was missing Julian Talley and Ross Weaver...

Like right after the HOF game...
No, you're not crazy. He was primarily RDT here. He played on the left side in Philly.

5th on the depth chart for a team that arguably has the worst group of Tight Ends in the league...what an enviable spot.
And the reason could have been merely to generate more media coverage early in camp.

The DT competition is going to be very tight.
But that's just me, and I'm always pessimistic.
But they want every player to have a place on the depth chart.
