MUST READ: For Those Attending BBI Trophy Presentation

OK, here are the details.

Practice will supposedly run from 1:20-3:30PM. However, they have been finishing sooner at times.

Practice on Friday will be held on fields 1 and 2. It was suggested that BBI'ers sit in the stands near those fields (which I believe are to the left if you are facing the complex from the parking lot).

At 3:00PM, everyone who is with BBI must report to parking lot K-5 (clearly marked).

We will then be escorted through the VIP gate for the presentation.

HOWEVER, for you to attend the practice, you must e-mail me with your full name and the full name of those coming with you. The Giants want us to check people off as they come through the gate.

So you must e-mail me today or tonight with name(s) at info@bigblueinteractive.com. Even if you have been e-mail me already, please e-mail me again so I can create a list from scratch.

Tomorrow won't work as I won't have e-mail access (I'll be on the train and don't have a mobile device).

Reservation for the group at Shannon Rose after the trophy presentation. It is located at 98 Kingsland Road, Clifton, NJ and the phone number is 973-284-0200. It is just down rte 3, maybe 10 min from the Stadium.

The reservation is set up for 4:30 PM in the Gaelic Room. In terms of ordering food and drink, everything is individual and they said they would do whatever anyone wants, individual checks, just drinks, apps, whatever.
