Casting news should come in over the next few weeks. If summer's over and still no news of a particular character, then you can begin to ponder.
where are the other Greyjoys

Looks like lots of Dorne...

next year. I'd be fine if they trimmed the Ironborn storylines a bit.
I actually think that's it

They also announced they start shooting next week. I guess they can do more casting while shooting is happening, but is that likely? I don't know, but it wouldn't seem like it.

One thing I would say is confirmed is Arianne is cut. HBO's official press release lists Trystane Martell as the heir. So that's it for Arianne.

Yes, entirely. They're shooting in 5(I think, it may be 4) different countries this year, and they usually film based on location in the show. They've already filmed or are filming a Cersei scene in Croatia. I'm guessing the Northern Ireland crew is filming as well or is getting ready to start. Last year's filming went from July to November, so we have plenty of time.

It also says this is only some of the new cast, so I'd bet we get at least one or two Greyjoy uncles and Arianne. And we're getting the Waif (but probably not the Kindly Man.)

Not time to panic... yet.

Yeah I do think it's possible more are coming

But I would add that I read on Westeros forums today that Benioff said in some interviews pre season 3 and season 4 that they would never make the cast bigger than it was in the third season no matter what, and according to the forums on that site, they are now at the season 3 limit. So if he holds true to that statement this is going to be it for major contract characters.
[Spoiler Allusion] Maybe there's a timeline split

similar to the books? Season 5 is heavy in King's Landing and 6 is heavy in the East/North? I can't imagine a complete abandonment of assets like Peter Dinklage's chops or Kit Harington's hair, but maybe that's the plan. Trying not to read too much into it, but the loss of both Quentyn AND Arianne feels odd to me. Not really sure how they shoehorn the Queenmaker plot w/o her. On the other hand, they announced Mance's and Gregor's castings late too, as I recall.

Moving/condensing the Greyjoys I can see. Introducing Team Griff later makes logistical sense, I suppose. But what is the impact of no Arianne on their reveal?

Considering the product thus far, the fact that I haven't read ADWD in a bit, and thinking about it makes my head hurt, I'm ok with giving D&D the benefit of the doubt for a while.

...They knocked Doran's casting out of the park tho

a feast for crows and a dance with dragons take place over the same time period just focusing on different characters. There is no way the show would do it that way. they will prob just use the 2 books as one story.

but it seems like something I could get into... ordinarily, I'd try to catch up on Netflix, but they don't do HBO shows.

Is HBO Go an option to binge watch all of it from beginning to end over the course of a few months?

I've got no problem taking the fall, getting blamed for things out of my control is part of the job description!
