Yanks outlast Rangers in high scoring game. Bullpen has been a little shaky last couple of games. With the trade deadline 31 hours away will they make any moves?? Cashman has talked about adding a bat.. Why not sign this Cuban OF and save the picks? I say if you are going to make a trade for a top arm like Cole Hamels.

Is Refsynder really ready or would it be good to give him more time in the minor and bring him up in Sept? Talk of Kelly playing some 2b when he comes back.

Severino had a great start last night. Hopefully he isn't being showcased, he is the best SP prospect since Hughes/Joba and he should be able to help next year.

No Kelly Johnson at 2B. No Kelly Johnson.

makes no sense, all he goes is throw zeros K/BB ratio is insane and he was popping the gun at 97 last night. As we have found pitching is the hardest thing to find. Only people i see untradable atm is judge, Severino and Refsnyder.

Refsnyder should be in the Bronx now

Lester going to Pittsburgh or Milwaukee would be preferable. If he goes to the LAD there is a good chance he resigns. If we were to sign him in the offseason we don't lose a pick as he can't get a QO when traded mid-season.

why not. the guy is a great pitcher. Lefty. has very good numbers at yankee stadium. knows the division. if Tanaka is going to miss the whole year this team needs another pitcher. and not someone like Ian Kennedy

you don't sign pitchers on the wrong side of 30 to huge contracts. And Lester is going to get a huge contract. Let somebody else deal with the consequences

If he needs TJS, it's likely they'll go after one of Scherzer or Lester. I'd prefer Lester just because he's a lefty, his history in the AL East and post season resume.
