For a team sport like football very few of these guys likely ever have or will win an individual award with a nice trophy like the BBI award. I will always be convinced that this will continue to be special to these guys long after they retire. Probably will be showing it to their grandkids one day telling them all about how a group of individual diehard fans voted them the Giant of the year and presented them the trophy.

Shouldn't bbi have it's own Wikipedia page? And if it should, could one of our techie posters do it or should we ask them to do it?
There's no reason that a popular, long-lived site like BBI shouldn't have a page, but, as you say, any such page would almost certainly be quickly deleted.

They will review it and if meets their criteria they will put it up on line.
Other writers will then edit and update your article on an on-going basis.
Not sure if it would meet the "notability" guidelines for a Wikipedia page.
