Some banks have a loyal clientele, could've easily set an appt. for him to come in that day

To speak to a bank rep I could understand. To set up an appointment to use the ATM I find to be staged.
We have customers in our Bank who come in every day
It would not be too difficult to set up something like this for one or more of them. And of course in editing the video you only show the successful results. Not BS at all. Trust me on this one.
