The constant whining. I know for sure it's driven people away from here as a good friend of mine doesn't post allot anymore because of it.

There is always something being complained about on here at all times. Doesn't matter what time of the season it is or what the topic is.

about the whining are both equal parts annoying, but it's what makes BBI survive.

I liken BBI to Monty Burns.

as long as its part of relevant discussion. What disturbs me is the frequent attacks and name calling from one to another. It is so rampant here that it turns me off from contributing. I wish all posters would think first about what they write, and use this rule; if I wouldn't say it to another in person, I won't post it here.

DD; I remember that Parcells was particularly adamant in the belief that wins were wins and that winning in the preseason created a positive vibe.

I don't see much point in getting overly enthused with a good one or overly upset with a bad one.

that winning, even in preseason can be positively infectious, but the last game could only make the first team scratch their own heads. Shut out over 3 quarters and Eli 1-7 for 6 yards, can't make the guys who will actually play come September feel too confident.

This is NOTHING compared to the game threads of years gone by.

It keeps the BBI juice flowing. It would be boring without it.

The whining that has made BBI less than what it used to be; it s the number of posters whose main objective seems to be to attack other posters rather than contribute something worthwhile to a point being discussed about our team. A lot of immaturity that was absence in the formative years of BBI.

Where the bitching and moaning about those threads reaches incredible levels.

I'm not panicky...yeah, I'm a bit whiny but it's not all about the Giants. I'm a lil worried 'bout this team, specifically the offense....more specifically Eli...but it's pretty much the nature of every Giants fan I've ever known to be doom and gloom. My role model growing up was my dad and he's the worse....even during the '07 run and again 4 years later he was "they suck...eli's terrible....coughlin's a douche....wahhhh....wahhhhh" right up 'till Tom Brady's pass fell harmlessly to the ground. Then he was giddy like a freakin' kid-in-a-candy-store. Or an adult in the "Candy Store" (pole-dancing and stuff). I used to be almost as bad but not so much anymore. Something about seeing that trophy being hoisted by our guys a few times in the not-too-distant past makes me have faith. Should things go south badly (see 2013 season) then I will participate enthusiastically in the nay saying and name calling. Till then GO GIANTS!!!!
