I moved to Austin in 2005 and have yet to really find a Giants bar. Of course, I've had the ticket since 2000, so I watch the games at home. There are a lot of sports bars that will have Sunday Ticket however. What part of town are you moving to? North, South, Central???

For a bachelor party for the Thursday night Redskins game...was looking for a more Giants based bar, but being that it's the only game on, I'm sure there will be Giants fans out watching most places

I recently lived in Austin but there aren't any Giants specific bars. Cover 2, Cover 3, Bikini's, Third Base, and Buffalo Wild Wings all section each area off for every game so the Giants fans will sit in the area showing their game. Thursday night games are nationally televised so I can't imagine the bars will have much of a crowd outside of Happy Hour, unless you are on 6th St of course. The only problem with 6th St is that it is crawling with drunk high school and college kids and the live bands are deafening.
