I sprained my ACL and PCL about 4 weeks ago playing basketball. It was mild to moderate and I definitely feel improvement from a few weeks ago. Don't have much problem lightly jogging or swimming but I can't really jump or kneel/squat with my right leg.
Has anyone had experience with this and know the time table for recovery? I'm about to start physical therapy in a week or two. I know it's gonna be a while before I can return to basketball but I want to know about when you can start weightlifting on it again.
Any other insight and tips would help to.
