Vt. and upstate NY broadcasts

For those of us living in Vt. and Upstate NY, I checked the schedules of the Giants and Patriots and it appears the only
television broadcast conflict occurs on Sept. 21. both the Giants and Pats are scheduled to be broadcast on CBS at 1:00pm. Looks like I'll be spending that afternoon at Buffalo Wild Wings.

but if WRGB CBS 6 in Albany is not showing the Giants, then they should lose their license to show the NFL.

One of life's big mysteries. I went ahead and made dinner plans with friends anyway, if 6 has the game I'll catch it after dinner on the DVR. Or I'll watch tomorrow morning's NFLN re-airing. I'm usually hell-bent on watching preseason games as much as regular season games, but not going to hang around in case we're stuck with OAK/GB.

where the Albany stations didn't broadcast a Giants game (in Season, non cable). I guess that if you head east, and it's being covered by an AFC channel, you might run into a case where Pats will be shown instead. Albany is Giants country. If it's on Fox or CBS, Giants will be shown. Dunno how far west you have to go before we get preempted by Bills coverage.
Jets get preempted by a better AFC matchup on a fairly regular basis.

when it was a Jets home game they did not show the game in Albany. Then two years later Buddle and Eagle were vomiting all over the mic and it was shown in Albany.

I guess we'll find out soon

Talking north of Albany and Rutland. Lake Champlain region. TV stations here all carry the Patriots first,
