my only concern with him pre-draft was his weight. He's under 300 lbs right now. I think the days where you can play guard in the NFL under 300 lbs are gone... I hope for his sake he can add some weight.

Yeah, I agree, it is almost comical. I just get this feeling that they will NOT let him practice til he is 100%. He may not be ready for game 1. I would be smart with his injury as well. We aren't going anywhere this year without a game-breaker with speed. We already lost RB David Wilson's speed so losing our next speedster would be really, really bad. He needs to get on the field some this year and learn.

That 3rd QB roster spot might very well be needed elsewhere...

I only worry about the defense as far as safety goes. We can't have another setback now cause we are thin. I think Behre will do fine but Cooper Taylor was really coming on and it was a shame to see him get hurt for the 2nd year in a row.
I also worry do we have enough pass rushers? I am wondering if Moore will become a 3rd and long specialist at some point this season?
But hey if it's going to improve the line at some point great, also it's good to see Coughlin wanting to make changes regardless if their rookies or reps to see what works best..
