NFT: Quick Iphone question-Battery

DanMetroMan : 8/24/2014 7:00 pm
So thanks to HeadHunter I found out that I'm actually eligible for a replacement battery (my battery life is absolutely AWFUL) so this is actually pretty awesome news. My question is... does anyone know how long it takes for Apple to replace your battery when you bring it in? Yes.. I tried googling it, I just want to know if anyone knows if they do it on the spot, or you leave your phone for days etc. I will delete when answered. Thanks.

they issue you a replacement phone while your phone is being repaired

I asked in HH's thread and apparently they do it there if they have them in stock.

if they recall a phone i don't know why they would not issue a phone to you while your phone is being repaired

i would not let them take it for repair unless they give you a temp phone to use

once it is repaired it is under a new 90 day warranty
my phone actually had a new problem with mic once i got it back from repair apple
after back and forth they ended up giving me a totally new phone
I went in

they ran out yesterday. What they did was give me a piece of paper to show when the replacement comes in (1-3 days) and they will install it, they determined that I was eligible and that my battery was indeed damaged.
Cool
