NFT: True trade in value on vehicle? Nada, Edmunds, Kelly...

NADA, Edmunds, Kelly, Cars.com and VMR are giving me wildly differing values. I'm getting a trade-in estimate ranging from $3k to $6k ish.

Has anyone found one or more of these sources reliably credible? The little bit of googling I've done leans toward Nada.
