That was definitely DPI
Mike in NY : 8/28/2014 8:34 pm : link
of course no call
I like that
AnishPatel : 8/28/2014 8:34 pm : link
shallow cross we ran with JJ. That's the type of shit I envisioned with him and even when we had Sinorice Moss.
What a joke
Tittle 9 20 64 : 8/28/2014 8:34 pm : link
!
How the fuck is that not
Wuphat : 8/28/2014 8:35 pm : link
DPI?
How the hell
rebel yell : 8/28/2014 8:35 pm : link
was that not PI?
wtf are with these refs?
Simms11 : 8/28/2014 8:35 pm : link
how was that not called with the ref right there, as well?!
Refs
Canton : 8/28/2014 8:35 pm : link
S in preseason form.
Yet they call that BS penalty on Bowman before.
Dave in Hoboken : 8/28/2014 8:35 pm : link
Hahaha.
wow.
WeatherMan : 8/28/2014 8:35 pm : link
These refs suck.
So they call the pinky touch on us
ChathamMark : 8/28/2014 8:36 pm : link
but not the NE guy not looking for the ball? Help me here...
That
AcidTest : 8/28/2014 8:36 pm : link
was not PI, but what Bowman did was illegal contact?
I'm gonna laugh my ass off
bceagle05 : 8/28/2014 8:36 pm : link
if Eli throws 4 TDs on opening night.
Are these back up refs?
Tittle 9 20 64 : 8/28/2014 8:37 pm : link

MotownGIANTS : 8/28/2014 8:37 pm : link
refs
Our running
AnishPatel : 8/28/2014 8:38 pm : link
game is impressive tonight. These guys can at least do that now.
Those 2 officials
batman11 : 8/28/2014 8:38 pm : link
should be fired immediately. If they don't think that is PI then they have no idea what they are looking at.

Look in my opinion Eli is still a qb can get it done, the OL has been a problem going on three years now. To me if you want your qb to be efficient you have to protect him. If you don't feel that way, fine. I'm done trying to justify my position to you. I think my position is fair, and realistic.
nassib bootleg......
Simms11 : 8/28/2014 8:39 pm : link
would have looked nice.
Fuck NFL football
Jints in Carolina : 8/28/2014 8:40 pm : link
if this is the offciating we are going to get.
I'm actually concerned about Eli
mrvax : 8/28/2014 8:41 pm : link
He isn't on the same page as his receivers. I suppose that shit pass blocking has something to do with it.

I hate to admit it but Nassib looked the best of the 3 QBs this pre-season. Not good.

How dare you use logic on this website
I was going to ask
old man : 8/28/2014 8:43 pm : link
you guys if PI rules changed. Got my answer.
Prediction
yalebowl : 8/28/2014 8:44 pm : link
Keep

3 RBs (meaning Hillis stays)
2 FBs
2 TEs. (Fells and Robinson)

Way out on a limb here
Been watching Hillis
River Mike : 8/28/2014 8:44 pm : link
because some posters here said he was worthless dogshit (or some words to that effect). I thought I must have missed something when I thought he was pretty good last year taken off the street and thrown into the game. Funny, he still looks pretty good. Not a number 1 back, but not bad as the number 3 guy. Its almost as if those posters might have been wrong.
Is
AcidTest : 8/28/2014 8:44 pm : link
it Eli, or is it the OL?

It's both. But I think we'll know by Halloween which is the bigger problem. Eli had an impressive drive at the end of the first half against the Jets. He had time to throw, and made plays. But he has missed receivers, thrown some bad INTs, and looks nervous and rattled in the pocket at times.
This is a big game
Andy in Boston : 8/28/2014 8:45 pm : link
For Hosley
Eli Manning's best days
Brian T : 8/28/2014 8:45 pm : link
Are behind him...

Well aware it's pre-season....but this trend has been happening since 2012

Simms11 : 8/28/2014 8:45 pm : link
He absolutely sucks!
Hosley just got
rebel yell : 8/28/2014 8:45 pm : link
shit on there.
Hosley
AcidTest : 8/28/2014 8:46 pm : link

Not for one moment am I suggesting Nassib start but there is no disputing the above.
Hosley sure is consistent
WeatherMan : 8/28/2014 8:46 pm : link
consistently awful that is.
Hosley
mrvax : 8/28/2014 8:47 pm : link
makes me laugh. He's like Jeremy Lincoln.
Nassib looks more comfortable with, and fits the west coast, better

Yeah the same time our offensive talent was declining. Funny how that works. Our offense kept sucking and age, declining talent, injuries, and missed draft picks all led to this mess we are all watching.

Yeah Nate, I'm not suggesting that either but I am concerned.
It's almost
Andy in Boston : 8/28/2014 8:49 pm : link
Like hoseley gives up when he senses he's beaten on the play
I thought the pick play
Mike in NY : 8/28/2014 8:49 pm : link
was made illegal
Pick should have been called

I dont know what it means long term
LG in NYC : 8/28/2014 8:50 pm : link
But both QBs played against essentially the same defense - although eli played with the starting O- and Nassib looked considably better.

This could be an interesting season in ways we did not expect.
these refs suck bad....
Simms11 : 8/28/2014 8:50 pm : link
how do you miss egregious penalties like that?
Ok, so apparently
Wuphat : 8/28/2014 8:50 pm : link
all the things that used to be penalties are not legal

Yup, I like Hills too. Short yardage downhill back. A throwback running back. He brings stuff to the table.

Has hands too.
