that the play calling did absolutely NOTHING to help figure out our WR options. Yeah, Cox vs Gaskins was a ?, but we have several WR on the bubble and 10 pass attempts certainly isn't going to get it done. Momentum and sustaining drives is nice, but the coaches certainly must feel they have enough info from prior games to make their decisions.
My positive takeaway: Liked how we run blocked and churned yards.
Negative takeaway: 1st offense still sux...against a far less-than starter quality defense.
He will be insurance if we lose our depth in the backfield, sure to injury.
The fumble is Robinsons first critical error. As others have said, he's shown promise. This is his first year, going into the season without an injury. I think he stays.

There continues to be a lot of confusion over there on the sidelines from the coordinators. On that delay of game, Eli had to hand signal the play into Painter. SMH. A couple of blocker weren't even aware of their assignments.
The defense will have to play well.
McAdoo will be forced to play 70/30 run/pass. The running game is strong. Teams will stack the box. That's when you play action or screen.
They will have to go light in the passing game. I don't like the way Eli looks right now. I saw a stat where the Oline is giving Eli about 2.4 seconds to throw. That is terrible. They have to move that time to at least 3.0 seconds average.
lack of chemistry between Eli and Randle. It is upsetting at the number if catchable balls that are dropped and kill drives. I'm pushing all my chips to the center of the table and am betting that a Rookie who has seen the field all preseason and practiced sparingly is going to be the igniter of this offense

Hynoski - shoulder...
Herman... getting x-rays....
Week 16 is my vote.
Gaines over Brewer and Brown. We might keep one of Brewer or Brown, but it's Gaines if we only keep one of the three.
Cox over Gaskins, but it's close.
Have to keep Parker, even though he has trouble hanging onto punts. Remember Holliday has a big fumbling history.
Idonije over Kuhn.
Fells, Donnell, and Robinson at TE.
MM is gone.
Yes, yes and probably. Kuhn is gone I think.

Negative takeaway: 1st offense still sux...against a far less-than starter quality defense.

That is pretty weird. ODB is suppose to be the focal point.
thanks

Me thinks if ODB was healthy, Randle would not be starting.
thanks
Wasn't he on the roster for all 16 games last season? I don't think the Giants could do that the following year.

Hynoski injured his shoulder. Not sure how serious.
Herman is going for x-rays on some part of his lower body.
Herzlich also on the bubble IMO.
Cox was active 14 games last year. I think 10 and you cannot go to the practice squad.

Hosely isn't going anywhere...
Yet.
