Anyone just finish the game? Glad we pulled it out, cause the swiss cheese d and terrible nova picks were giving me flashbacks.
Nice Win!

Small improvements from last year. Fridge called a good game besides 2 or 3 plays.

James just killed it and our OL is really going to be good and improve as the year goes on.

Thankfully we won't play as many spread offenses as we did last year.

If Goodwin played that much I'm not sure what it says about Barnwell and Cioffi.

Great plays from Aiken at the end.

Hamilton and Longa are monsters. Turay looking like he'll be one also.

All in all in I'm pretty happy besides the obvious holes.
So glad I bet Wash State on the ML in a parlay

After losing last year in the opener and waking up still pissed this was a nice win.

Nova was shaky again but settled down.

Firing Wrobo and hiring Browning was big. That OL has some NFL talent on it

Fridge is the best offensive coordinator probably and sadly in Rutgers history. Played 2 RBs. Didn't put too much on Nova. Missing our #2 WR hurt a bit but that was a we'll balanced offense with great play calling.

On D Rossi almost blew it. Waiting until the mid 4th Q to dial up pressure. Wazzoo wasn't running the ball. Longa needed to be sent more often.
Hamilton played well but he's still too small for DT. KID WILL WEAR DOWN IN THE B1G. He should be getting snaps ant DE and DT.

Lastly Kemoko Turay is a name people should remember. Kid literally may have saved the game with late pressure finally from a Rutgers DE. It's been years. As RS Fr he's only going to get bigger and better.
I am tired too

It was a great win, and the Oline is better than it has been in years. So, while I still think they are not a very good team, they are far better than I thought they would be. In addition, their skill players are excellent, they may have the best WR in the Big Ten in Caroo and one of the best RBs in James. Defensively, any team that can throw the ball is going to give us issues. Rutgers really did not have an answer for anything WSU was doing in the middle of the field, from the short to the long.
Turay is going to be a great one

He's been playing football for what? 2 years? I'm pretty sure the story is that he went to a Rutgers football camp before playing a high school down and walked away with a scholarship. Kids a freak and just scratching the surface. Excited to watch him develop because he may have more upside than any player Rutgers has had on D.
Opening TD pass to Caroo

was the best long TD pass I've seen from RU in quite a while. Then Nova settled down and reverted to form.

Nova is never going to carry a team that's for sure. But after looking like he was going to shot the bed again he settled down. The fact that Peiples looks like the real deal is good news as you can't have just on RB in college football. Even Alabama constantly brings guys on to spell their stater.

Fridge is smart enough to game plan around the QB. Last night missing Patron and Peele and the passing game moved the chains often enough. If The OL and rubbing game keep playing well they can keep teams from putting to much pressure in Nov's face which when me usually falls apart
