Weights (or resistance bands) don't come into play in T25 until the Beta phase. Alpha phase needs no equipment and is 5 weeks, 5x/week. Beta is the subsequent 5 weeks (also 5x/week). I typically am an early riser anyway, but I've been hitting my exercise room at 5:10AM, done with the workouts and cooldown (another 5 minutes) by 5:40. Note: T25 is no breaks, so no stopping for water or from the tsunami of sweat dripping into your eyes. It goes by so fast.
I have surgical scars on my back; i can't do insanity or p90x and i've tried. I developed a regimen that works very well , keeps my core strong so my back pain is less and, most importantly, includes not eating garbage.
P90X is more my speed.
Have never done one with an accountability group. I like this idea.
