Unfortunately a wrist band isn't going to change not running the route properly.
How often did you see Steve Smith run the wrong route? What about Cruz? Nicks didn't have numerous issues with it, even in his lazy year in 2013.
Several weeks ago he had a route where he cut off instead of shooting forward from a pass by Nassib.
Must be Eli's fault.

Except Rueben came out of LSU and was supposedly "pro ready" and Hill came out of Georgia Tech who ran a triple option.
Either way, it's not going to help Randle run better routes.

over the course of the last decade, there are 2 WRs that have consistently been on different pages than Eli. One is Manningham (his first go round here) and the other is Randle. I am very confident that the problems lie squarely with Randle and not Eli. He has not had a ton of miscues with over a dozen other WRs and he is known for his preparation.
