you can make the case that he is the worst player in the game when you add up playing time, batting 2nd and his horrid defense. 4 runs scored in August! His selfishness is killing the Yankees post season chances!

Girardi made a horrendous decision. It made no sense to let McCarthy start the 7th after Leche hit a 900 ft HR and he threw a ball right down the middle to Bautista in the 6th. When he came out for the 7th, I knew something horrible would happen.
