I think the first four are ok. Patterson is backing up Hankins at the 1 tech and Kuhn, Jenkins at the 3 tech, right? I thought Bromley was more a 3 tech backup but I haven't followed ihimt closely enough.
Eric can you please remove Herzlich from the depth chart
Shaky OL, that even if it can play, may not have yet developed the proverbial chemistry to be able to do so. Reese neglected the OL for so long that he had to bring in a ton of bodies to make up for his failings. Jerry, Walton, Richburg, Brown, and Schwartz.
A QB who looks gun shy, inaccurate, and seems to have lost his ability to move within the pocket to avoid the rush.
The worst group of TEs in the league.
Only one dependable WR, Cruz. There is a fifty percent chance on any given play that Eli and Randle won't be on the same page. JJ has done nothing except produce in a few meaningless games last year. Parker is a journeyman. Washington is a UDFA rookie from a small school.
RB is the only solid position on offense right now. Eli will be if he gets his act together, but his preseason performance at least intimate that last season might not be an aberration.

Jernigan gains a bit of value from your second observation alone. If Washington is able to continue to develop, he could eventually [ meaning not this year ] displace Randle - who won't be able to help making a decent play or two in spite of his lack of focus. (Except ... the Giants hang on to poor-performing high draft picks too long - so Washington would have to more than "develop," he'd have to seriously overachieve.)
3 years ago when we had the worst TEs in football (Reese was "dumb" enough to let Boss go. We had issues at WR, Reese again was stupid by letting Steve Smith go to the Eagles. People laughed when Reese said in early September is was a competitive team. Let's wait for some games to be played prior to all the doom and gloom. Some of you ass clowns were raking Reese over the coals for trading up for Nassib and calling him a bust just 3 weeks ago - how do you feel now!

Is that correct?
Thought Jerry has come on strong lately...

Jerry played well against back-ups on Thursday.
My guess is Mosley is still the starter if his back is OK, though that is not certain.
I do not know who will be the opening day started at LDT but I'm assuming it will be Hankins, though it may be Patterson.
