Just curious about the practice squad.The Giants pick 12th right?Well when they pick do they pick the 10 players at once or is it like the draft.Thanks

There is no "picking". All the players waived and unclaimed are free agents, free to sign onto any team's practice squad who offers.

It's not a draft.

Any released player has to clear waivers, and that is based on priority like the draft, but claiming guys off waivers is for adding them to your roster, not the practice squad. Anyone who clears waivers becomes a free agent, and can choose any team which offers him a PS contract, with no order of priority.
